Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not provide refunds, however, If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like an exchange, we will be happy to do this providing that the item is returned to us within 14 days and is its in original packaging, unopened and unused.

In the unusual event of a faulty item being received, we will refund or exchange your item for you providing that the item is returned to us and we are notified within 14 days of receiving the faulty item.

Sale items and items sold under other promotional events are not valid for refunds or exchanges.

Once your return has been received at our HQ, processing them can take up to 14 days.

All enquires regarding exchanges, refunds and faulty items should be forwarded to info@moelabeauty.co.uk. Include your order number, name, return address and a picture of the item/fault and we will endeavour to get back to you within 48hrs.
